Deposit is not required but card information is requested when booking strictly for no shows and last minute cancellations. Thank you for understanding!
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please provide 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out any necessary waivers, or forms.
Before your lash extensions appointment
If you never had extensions before, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment to ensure allergies don’t occur.
Please come to appointment free of eye makeup, excessive eye makeup removal may result in an added fee.
If you wear contacts, please remove them prior to appointment.
Full sets can take 2 hours or longer, so feel free to bring headphones to help you occupy the time!
Lashes need to be filled every 2-3 weeks. Clients that book fills past three weeks will be charged for a new full set.
In order for an appointment to be considered a fill, 40% of lash extensions must be present. Client will be charged for a full set if less than 40% of lashes remain from previous fill.
